Brand Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock to ensure it meets brand standards.

  • Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, cleanliness, and essential utilities.

  • Logistics Support: Receive and dispatch stock to/from the office and coordinate with couriers.

  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels, organize restocks, and flag low-stock items.

  • Retailer Support: Liaise with retail partners to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and order fulfillment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
