Can I change or cancel my order?
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed through checkout.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping is within 2-7 business days depending on your location.
- Cairo & Giza delivery is within 2 working days
- Alexandria delivery is within 3-5 working days
- Other Governorates delivery is within 3-7 working days
How much will shipping cost?
Based on your location, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Can I exchange/refund any item?
You can exchange the item you purchased, if you aren't satisfied with it, with another item within 48 hrs ONLY. In this case, items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, free of marks & with all tags still attached.
We don't accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
Can I pay with credit card?
Unfortunately at the moment we offer only CASH ON DELIVERY.
How do I know my size?
Most of our designs run in free size, so they fit all starting from size XS up to size L. Under each garment you'll find the sizing fit information & product dimensions.
For the products with sizes, you'll find the size chart, under "Sizing" with all the needed information. If you still have any questions regarding the sizing & fit, please don't hesitate to email us on email@example.com or DM us on Instagram .. we'll be happy to assist you.
Do you provide XL & XXL sizes within your product range?
Yes we do cover ALL SIZES but per request. So if you're an XL or XXL, you need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the item that you'd like to order & specific size & we'll have the order ready within 5-7 days.
