Brand Operations Coordinator - Full Time

Job Description

Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock to ensure it meets brand standards.

Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, cleanliness, and essential utilities.

Logistics Support: Receive and dispatch stock to/from the office and coordinate with couriers.

Inventory Management: Track stock levels, organize restocks, and flag low-stock items.

Retailer Support: Liaise with retail partners to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and order fulfillment.

 

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
