About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the full production process of our fashion collections. This role is key to ensuring our designs are produced efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while working closely with designers, suppliers, and factories.

Key Responsibilities: 

* Manage the end-to-end production process from sampling to final delivery.
* Coordinate with designers to translate designs into production-ready pieces.
* Source and communicate with factories, workshops, and suppliers.
* Plan production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
* Monitor fabric sourcing, trims, and material availability.
* Oversee quality control at all production stages.
* Control production costs and minimize waste.
* Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain accurate production records and reports.
* Ensure ethical production practices and brand standards are followed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in fashion/apparel.
* Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
* Experience working with local factories and workshops.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
